This policy explains what Emodian Technologies (Private) Limited ("Emodian", "we") collects through emodiantech.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), the service and timeline you choose, your message, and your AI Readiness score if you came from that check.
- Emails you send us: your address and whatever you include in the message.
- Technical data: our hosting and security providers process basic request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
- Theme preference: your light or dark choice is saved in your own browser and is not sent to us.
The AI Readiness Check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us. Your score and level are shared only if you continue to the contact form and send it.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To prepare for and carry out work you ask us about.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To keep records of our business communications.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: domain, hosting and security.
- FormSubmit: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google: Gmail for email, and Google Fonts, which loads the site's fonts from Google's servers.
These providers may process data in other countries, including outside your own. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Please don't send sensitive data through the form
Do not include patient records, financial account details, ID numbers or other sensitive personal data in the contact form or in a first email. If a project needs that data, we will agree a secure way to handle it first.
Client project data
Data you share during a project is handled under our written agreement with you, including any confidentiality or data-processing terms. That agreement applies instead of this policy for project data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and emails for as long as we need them to respond, manage our relationship with you, and meet our legal and record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete them sooner, unless we have to keep them by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. Email emodiantech@gmail.com and we will respond.
Children
This site is for businesses and organisations. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or providers change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
